Every file ships with a page listing our sources, what we confirmed, what we estimated, and where coverage is thin. If a claim does not have a link behind it, it does not go in the file.
Public sources only
State and county announcements, agency news releases, public filings, company websites, and trade publications. Nothing behind a login we are not entitled to, and nothing scraped from a private system.
Nothing from a former employer
No customer lists, no CRM exports, no price files, no quotes, and no internal documents from any past employer of ours. Not one row in any file has ever come from that.
Our opinion is labeled as opinion
Which companies made the list and how each one scored is our judgment call. We say so plainly rather than dressing it up as data.
How we handle email addresses
We use an address only when it is published on the company's own site or matches the format the company publicly uses. If neither is true, the field stays blank. We do not sell you guesses.
We tell you what is weak
Every file lists what was confirmed, what was estimated, and which parts of the state have thin coverage. The weak rows are labeled, not buried.
You own the outreach
How you contact these people is your decision and your legal responsibility. Every file includes do-not-contact and opt-out columns so your team can honor requests from day one.
If we cannot show you where a fact came from, we do not put it in your file.
