Do I actually own the files?+

Yes. You pay once and the files are yours permanently — no expiring license, no seat count, no access that switches off when billing stops. Put them in your CRM, email them to your reps, keep using them in five years if they are still useful.

Where does the data come from?+

Public sources only: state and county announcements, agency news releases, public filings, company websites, and trade publications. Every file ships with a sources page and every claim carries a link you can click and check.

How accurate is it, really?+

Every row carries a data accuracy score and an A-through-E grade, so accuracy is stated up front rather than assumed. Rows we cannot stand behind are flagged or dropped. We would rather hand you 480 rows you can trust than 25,000 you have to audit.

What if some of the contacts are wrong?+

Tell us and we will correct them. People change jobs and plants change hands — that is why the grade column exists, and why the yearly update is priced the way it is. If a delivered file does not match the scope you approved, we fix it at no charge.

Can I share it with my whole team?+

Yes. Pricing is by state, not by user. Inside and outside sales, your manager, your distributor reps — as many people as you want.

Do I get exclusivity in my state?+

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. We do not sell territory exclusivity or promise to turn away another company in your industry. What you do get is a file built around your product list, your industries, and the 50 titles you named — so even a competitor buying the same state gets a different file, scored against different criteria. If exclusivity is what you are actually buying, buy it from someone willing to put it in writing. We would rather be straight with you than sell a promise we cannot police.

How long does it take?+

About ten days from the day the scope is approved. The $29 sample comes back faster.

Do you do the outreach for us?+

No. We are not a call center and not an agency. We build the list and tell you who to call first; how you contact them is your decision and your compliance responsibility. Every file includes do-not-contact and opt-out columns.

Why is the sample only $29?+
